Customer Walks into Suhas Windshield, indicating an auto glass claim. Customer Indicates an auto glass claim.
Customer should provide vehicle policy and related documents to Admin Staff.
Admin Staff to verify documents for next step, upon completion, the Staff will inform Technician to proceed with windscreen inspection and consult customer. Picture is taken before and after as proof to replace and repair.
Technician will consult customer on how to take care of windscreen after replace/repair. Then, customer needs to sign the claim form.
Admin Staff will submit the claim to Merimen System (Insurance Claim System), by adding the estimate value base cost.
Claim processor will send a notification for Suhas to accept, and will get paid after 2 - 3 weeks accepting the offer.
